COVID-19

All clients must have temperature taken before ANY service. Mask must be worn at all times unless receiving a facial. If you or someone you know has contracted Covid, please book your appointment two full weeks after diagnosis or contact.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

We have a 10-minute grace period for all services. We will certainly take care of you if we can accommodate our timing. If we cannot adjust your appointment due to tardiness for the same day, you will be charged in full and rescheduled for another day that works for your schedule. Now, who doesn’t just love a pre-paid appointment!

CANCELLATIONs & NO-SHOWs

We are all human and acknowledge unexpected things happen from time to time that will result in a need to cancel. You must cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled pre-paid appointment for a new day and time that works with our spa schedule in the event of a cancellation.

Should you fail to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours ahead of time, you forfeit your deposit and will be charged the remaining balance of your service cost. Late cancellations and no-shows are not treated as deposits for future appointments.

GUESTs

Our spa does not currently accommodate more than one client at a time. Please do not bring children, partners, or friends to your appointment.

Pura Lumi provides services and treatments that cannot be returned. All sales are non-refundable and final.

product returns

Products that are unopened or minimally used, can be returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. We value our clients and want to always provide a quality spa experience. We highly recommend a consultation or service prior to the purchase of any products.

Maintaining the confidentiality and security of our client's personal information is very important to us. We will never share the personal data of our clients. Any information we collect is for the sole purpose of communicating about appointments and purchases. Our website uses tracking tools to help us improve your user experience. We require written consent to share client photos on any social platform. All images are edited to ensure the anonymity of our clients.

Ample parking is available at Newpark Mall. Please make sure not to park in “20 min Pick Up” areas as your car may be towed.
